Qualifications

• Experience with patient access systems and EHR.

Responsibilities

• Capture and document patient demographics, subscriber, and insurance information in the EHR.
• Obtain complete insurance information and verify eligibility and benefits.
• Assess and collect financial liabilities prior to service when applicable; educate patients on billing.
• Scans data into the Document Management System and manages registration documents.
• Update MSP forms and pre-certification information in the system as applicable.
• Perform registration-related tasks and ensure patient satisfaction across departments.
