LCMC Health is seeking a Patient Access Associate to greet patients, verify demographics, and guide them through scheduling and check-in processes. You will support registration, admission, and data accuracy while maintaining confidentiality and delivering professional, compassionate service.

Responsibilities include multi-department coordination, cross-training, and enhancing patient satisfaction through accurate information and courteous interactions with patients and staff.

Qualifications

• Required: High School Diploma/GED or equivalent OR 2 years of work experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and guests in a courteous manner and initiate scheduling or check-in.
• Verify identification and demographic data for the patient’s permanent medical record.
• Assist in patient registration and admission and ensure confidentiality of patient information.
• Interact with patients, doctors, nurses, pharmacists, and clinic/hospital staff.
• Cross-train to support multiple functions and strive to improve patient satisfaction.
