• Scan, index, and process patient records and registrations promptly.
• Answer calls, route inquiries, and document patient interactions.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely registration and access to care.
• Utilize multiple systems to meet quality, productivity, and service standards.
• Cross-train and provide coverage across patient access and clerical functions.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
