• Explain financial responsibilities and collect payments as applicable.
• Greet patients and visitors and provide directions or assistance.
• Schedule, reschedule, or cancel appointments per provider availability.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA and organizational policies.
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to support efficient patient flow.
• Address incomplete or inaccurate registration information and follow up with patients or payers as needed.
• Participate in required training to stay current with regulations.
