• Register patients across access points with accurate demographics and insurance data.
• Scan and index patient documents for registration, billing and clinical workflows.
• Explain patient financial responsibilities and collect payments when applicable.
• Schedule, confirm, and adjust patient appointments to ensure timely access.
• Identify and escalate routine discrepancies in registration or insurance.
• Provide patient support via phone and other approved channels, documenting interactions.
