Pscfl in Miami, FL is seeking a detail-oriented Clerical/Administrative professional to greet patients, collect required information, and schedule or pre-register services. You will verify payer details and collect payments, following HIPAA guidelines throughout the process.

You will document all activities, obtain necessary consents, and direct families to the correct locations while maintaining data accuracy and confidentiality.

Formación

• 1 year of customer service experience.
• High school education or equivalent preferred.
• Spanish fluency strongly preferred.
• Able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsabilidades

• Greet patients and families in person or by phone with empathy and respect.
• Obtain demographic, payer, financial, medical information, and IDs to register or pre-register patients.
• Collect payments and provide receipts; verify third party payer information.
• Obtain necessary authorizations and follow up until obtained.
• Document activities in collection notes and HIPAA-compliant systems.
• Direct families to appropriate locations and coordinate with departments as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality and accurate data entry; handle on-call shifts as assigned.
