Job summary

Inspira Health is seeking a Patient Access Registration Representative to deliver a proactive, patients-first experience at our Vineland, NJ campus. You will greet visitors, triage needs, and ensure a smooth arrival for every patient.

Responsibilities include registering patients across ER, Outpatient, SDS and Admitting, verifying insurance in HDX, estimating financial responsibility via Recondo, and collecting amounts at time of service when required, while explaining consent forms and

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Some college and/or CHAA certification preferred.
• Demonstrated experience in exceptional customer service and conflict resolution.
• Hospital/insurance registration experience preferred.
• Bi-lingual Spanish a plus.
• Basic knowledge of medical terminology and CPT/ICD basics useful.
• Typing speed 30–40 WPM and computer proficiency expected.

Responsibilities

• Register patients across ER, Outpatient, SDS and Admitting with accurate information.
• Verify insurance in HDX and determine financial responsibility via Recondo.
• Explain registration documents and obtain patient signatures per scripting.
• Explain hospital policies and assist with questions to ensure a smooth visit.
