Job summary

Inspira Health in Vineland, NJ is seeking a Patient Access Registration Representative dedicated to a Patients First experience. You will register patients across ER, outpatients, SDS and Admitting, collect accurate demographic and insurance data, and explain required forms.

You will verify coverage in the HDX system, estimate patient financial responsibility via Recondo, and collect any due amounts at the time of service using PatientCo. Bilingual Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Some college and/or CHAA certified preferred.
• Experience in customer service and conflict resolution.
• Bi-lingual (Spanish) a plus.
• Basic knowledge of medical terminology is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Register patients at Emergency Room, Outpatient, SDS and Admitting.
• Verify insurance in HDX and determine financial responsibility via Recondo.
• Collect patient demographics and insurance information and explain registration documents.
• Explain hospital consent forms and secure signatures per scripting.
