Loyola Medicine, a member of Trinity Health, seeks a Patient Access Representative I to provide patient-focused registration and insurance verification, while collecting financial responsibilities and supporting a positive patient experience. The role requires clear communication and accuracy across multiple systems.

Shift is Day, 7:00am–3:30pm, with weekend and holiday coverage. Training and benefits begin day one, with opportunities for growth within a renowned academic health system.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience; healthcare exp is a plus.
• Strong communication and data-entry accuracy are essential.

Responsabilidades

• Register patients accurately (outpatient and inpatient) with demographics and insurance data.
• Verify insurance eligibility, benefits, pre-certifications, and referrals.
• Collect and document patient financial responsibilities (co-pays, deductibles).
• Support a welcoming, patient-centered experience for patients and families.
• Adhere to HIPAA and Trinity Health policies; assist with process improvements.
