Qualifications

• Demonstrated computer skills with current systems.
• Excellent customer service and organizational skills.

Responsabilités

• Greet and register patients; answer calls; schedule appointments.
• Pull and file medical charts as indicated.
• Obtain accurate demographic, insurance and physician information.
• Verify insurance eligibility and pre-certification requirements.
• Identify self-pay patients and refer to financial assistance when applicable.
• Maintain open communication with Patient Access and clinical staff.
• Assist in shadowing/precepting new employees.
