Job summary

St. Luke’s Meridian Hospital is seeking a Patient Access Specialist to greet patients, register and coordinate referrals, and support accurate written and verbal communication with patients and caregivers.

You will work Monday-Thursday 2:00pm-8:00pm, discuss insurance options, explanations of coverage, authorizations, verifications, and estimates, and use a variety of technologies to support department workflows while contributing to a positive, inclusive culture.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.

This customer service position is often the first person a patient encounters when entering a St. Luke’s Meridian Hospital. This important role supports exceptional interactions to ensure professional, timely and accurate written and verbal communication with both patients and caregivers (both in person and by phone).

Schedule: Monday through Thursday 2:00pm-8:00pm

Minimum Qualifications for this Role:

• Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent.
