St. Luke’s Health System in Meridian, Idaho, seeks a Patient Access Specialist to deliver courteous, accurate communication with patients and caregivers, in person or by phone.

You will handle registration, scheduling, referral coordination, and explain insurance coverage while supporting departmental workflows with available tools and resources.

This role is foundational to a positive patient experience and to efficient care delivery.

This important role supports exceptional interactions to ensure professional, timely and accurate written and verbal communication with both patients and caregivers (both in person and by phone).
