The Opportunity:

• Entry level career opportunity with bonus incentives, paid certifications, tuition reimbursement, benefits, and career growth.
• Pay rate: $16.50 - $17.65/hr based on experience.
• Location: On-site at St Christopher's Hospital for Children, Philadelphia, PA.

Shift options:

• PRN (as needed)
• Part Time up to 24 hours/week
• Every other weekend, 3pm to 11:30pm

This role involves performing admitting duties, including assigning MRNs, verifying patient information, collecting insurance details, processing physician orders, and providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities also include conducting audits, pre-registration, explaining consent forms, verifying insurance, and screening medical necessity using ABN software.

Preferred Experience and Education:

• 1+ year customer service experience
• High School Diploma/GED
• CRCR certification required within 9 months (company paid)
