JPS Health Network is seeking a Patient Access Rep for the Center for Pain Management in Fort Worth, TX. You will greet patients, register services, verify insurance, collect payments, and coordinate referrals to ensure smooth access to care.

The role emphasizes patient satisfaction, confidentiality, and compliance with policies, with shifts Mon-Fri 8A-5P and a focus on accurate, timely registration and billing support.

Formación

• Certification in Non-Aggressive Crisis Management must be obtained during orientation and maintained.
• Patient Access – General Consent Orientation and Patient Financial Experience Training completed within 30 days of hire.

Responsabilidades

• Greets and directs patients and visitors in person and over the phone using AIDET principles.
• Registers JPS patients accurately while following regulatory and data requirements.
• Collects copays and other charges and reconciles cash drawer at end of shift.
• Verifies insurance and coordinates appointments to minimize no-shows and maximize reimbursement.
