Job summary

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience.
• Must be inquisitive and demonstrate openness to innovation including AI.
• High School Diploma/GED is required.

Responsibilities

• Assign MRNs, perform eligibility checks, collect and verify insurance information, and process provider orders with accuracy and customer focus.
• Operate the telephone switchboard and relay calls efficiently while maintaining compassionate service.
• Adhere to policies and ensure compliance, aiming for a high standard of patient experience.
