Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent required.
• One year customer service experience preferred; clerical/medical setting preferred.
• Typing speed 40 WPM preferred; strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Pre-register and register patients at Memorial Care UrgentCare.
• Schedule patients for procedures and tests at MHS facilities.
• Collect accurate patient demographic and billing information.
• Interview incoming patients or Associates and enter information into appropriate software.
• Serve as liaison between ancillary departments and other Patient Access Services areas.
