Job summary

SimonMed Imaging is seeking a Patient Service Specialist to guide patients through admission with accuracy, compassion, and efficiency at our Kissimmee imaging center. You will greet patients, verify insurance, process documentation, and maintain accurate demographics and payments to ensure a smooth start to every visit.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year of customer service or medical office experience, strong communication skills, data entry ability, and familiarity with EMR/PM systems.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service, patient access, or medical office experience.
• Experience with scheduling and insurance verification preferred.
• Strong computer and data entry skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and guide them through admissions.
• Verify insurance and process documentation.
• Collect and update patient demographics, medical histories, and consent forms.
• Maintain accurate payments and records to ensure a smooth patient visit start.
• Assist with scheduling and managing patient flow at the front desk.
