Responsibilities

• Assign MRNs and perform medical necessity/compliance checks.
• Collect insurance information and process patient demographics.
• Operate telephone switchboard and provide patient instructions with empathy.
• Review eligibility, enter benefit data, and support POS and billing processes.
• Explain consent forms and distribute patient education documents.
• Pre-register patient accounts and handle point-of-service collections.
