Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service experience is required.
• Must be inquisitive and open to innovation including AI to improve processes and experiences.

Responsibilities

• Pre-register patients and collect demographic and insurance information.
• Verify eligibility and perform medical necessity checks.
• Explain consent forms and patient education documents to patients and guardians.
• Operate the hospital telephone switchboard and direct calls as needed.
• Ensure accurate documentation and support POS collections and billing processes.
