Job summary

Qualifications

• Some college coursework is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients, explain forms, scan PHI, and file patient information packets.
• Educate patients about financial liabilities and collect payments.
• Verify insurance, obtain authorizations, and coordinate post-discharge care.
