• Utilization of multiple systems and interfaces.
• Cross-trained in order to work in multiple patient access areas.
• Maintains service excellence to patients and visitors.
• Contributes to PAS goals as defined annually.
• Possesses a strong understanding of state and federal regulations.
• Maintains a professional relationship with all team members.
• Able to articulate compliance documentation.
• Maintains patient privacy in accordance with HIPAA.
