Qualifications

• 1–2 years customer service experience required.

Responsibilities

• Registers patients accurately and efficiently.
• Utilizes multiple systems and interfaces.
• Cross-trained to work in multiple patient access areas.
• Maintains service excellence for face-to-face and telephonic encounters.
• Contributes to PAS goals (collections, palm scanning, etc.).
• Understands EMTALA, AHCA, and JCAHO regulations.
• Maintains patient privacy per HIPAA.
