Job summary

Franciscan Health Lafayette East Campus is seeking a Revenue Cycle Patient Access Representative II to support Pre-Registration, Registration, and financial counseling for patient Liabilities across services. You will collect demographic and financial information needed for medical records and ensure data quality and regulatory compliance.

You will engage compassionately with patients regarding copayments and balances.

Qualifications

• Preferred Associate's Degree.
• Required High School Diploma/GED.

Responsibilities

• Enter insurance policy numbers, group numbers, addresses, and phone numbers.
• Verbally interview patient and/or family to obtain registration information.
• Enter patient billing and clinical data.
• Identify co-payment procedures and fiscal procedures related to registration procedures.
• Complete computer and telephone pre-registrations to maintain patient flow.

Education
