Responsibilities

• Managing a large amount of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
• Scheduling patient appointments with BHS cardiologists.
• Following call scripts for handling different scenarios.
• Identifying customer needs and providing solutions.
• Managing Scheduling OnBase queue and index documenting in EPIC.
• Data Entry Tasks.
• Routing calls as appropriate.
