Qualifications

• Customer service experience required.
• Healthcare experience required.
• 1–2 years insurance experience required.
• Hospital registration or patient access experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Register patients accurately and efficiently.
• Utilize multiple systems and interfaces to support patient access.
• Cross-train across multiple Patient Access areas.
• Provide service excellence to patients and visitors.
• Support PAS goals (Collections, Palm Scanning, etc.).
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant patient privacy and required consent.
