Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1+ years of experience in Patient Access, Medical Office, Health Insurance or relevant area.
• Ability to lift more than 25lbs if needed.

Responsibilities

• Acts as a liaison between patients, providers, payers, and other related stakeholders for all post-care matters related to account resolution.
• Serves as initial point of contact within our health system.
• Secures accurate information for registration and patient identification.
• Interprets and communicates patient responsibility.
• Greet customers by name in a courteous, respectful and professional manner.
• Resolves customer questions and concerns.
• Maintains HIPAA compliance across settings.
