• Alternatively, minimum two (2) years of post-high school related education or a combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register patients for medical services, conduct demographic and insurance data collection, and verify eligibility.
• Handle revenue collection: collect co-pays, deductibles, and deposits, and document patient accounts.
• Maintain regulatory/compliance forms and support patient access workflow including EMTALA and HIPAA considerations.
