Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1–2 years related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with on-site registration for scheduled and unscheduled visits and complete financial clearance functions.
• Collect accurate demographic and insurance information and manage patient financial obligations at the point of service.
• Greet and assist patients and internal staff in a professional, friendly, and respectful manner.
• May travel between sites and work extended hours as required by department needs.
