Job summary

Olympic Medical is seeking a Per Diem Clinic Registration Representative for Port Angeles and Sequim Medical Plaza. You will greet patients, collect demographics and copays, and guide them through registration in the EHR. Strong customer service skills and knowledge of medical terminology are preferred.

A high school diploma or GED is required, with per diem shifts and day hours available. Experience in customer service or hospitality is desirable.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors at Sequim Port Angeles clinics and assist with registration.
• Enter patient demographics into the EHR accurately.
• Collect copays and payments per finance policies.
• Coordinate with Central Access and Back Office staff to keep the flow smooth.
