Job summary

Qualifications

• No licensure or credentials required.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors in Sequim and Port Angeles with compassion and empathy.
• Collect and accurately enter patient demographic data into the EHR.
• Explain OMC/OMP policies and procedures necessary for registration to patients.
• Collect copays and payments according to OMC finance policies.
• Maintain a smooth flow of patients through the registration process and inform patients of delays.
• Collaborate with Central Access and Clinic Back Office staff to ensure a positive patient experience.
