Job summary

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in healthcare, or hospitality, is preferred.
• Knowledge of medical terminology is preferred.
• Experience entering patient demographics into an electronic health record (EHR) system.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors with compassion and empathy at clinics in Sequim and Port Angeles.
• Collect copays and process payments according to policy.
• Enter patient demographics accurately into the EHR and communicate delays to waiting patients.
