Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Customer Service, or hospitality experience preferred; knowledge of medical terminology preferred.
• Licensure/Credentials: None.

Responsibilities

• Provides excellent customer service using OMC's CARE standards.
• Greet patients and visitors at clinics in Sequim and Port Angeles with empathy.
• Enter patient demographics into the EHR accurately.
• Explain policies and registration procedures to patients as needed.
• Collect copays and payments according to OMC policies.
• Maintain a smooth patient flow during registration and inform patients of delays.
• Coordinate with Central Access and Clinic Back Office staff to ensure a positive patient experience.
