Qualifikationen

• Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
• Entry level; one year healthcare setting experience preferred.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish/Dari/Punjabi/Vietnamese strongly preferred; CPR certification required.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; attention to detail.
• Data entry skills, Microsoft Office, and EHR familiarity preferred.

Aufgaben

• Greet patients in person or by phone and provide courteous customer service.
• Input patient data accurately into EMR before saving.
• Screen patients for insurance eligibility and refer self-pay patients as needed.
• Answer phone calls promptly and document encounters accurately.
• Schedule appointments and pre-register patients; call to confirm eligibility/appointments.
• Collect and post co-pays and other payments; balance daily receipts.
