Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate’s degree in Healthcare, Business or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register patients; collect co-pays and deductibles at time of service.
• Document demographic and insurance information accurately in the system.
• Answer calls promptly and respond to inquiries.
• Refer uninsured/underinsured patients to Financial Counselor.
• Verify insurance and obtain necessary authorizations for services.
