Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a customer service related field preferred.
• Medical office experience and knowledge of medical terminology preferred.
• Must be comfortable with computers and learning new applications.

Responsabilités

• Greet every patient in a courteous and professional manner.
• Answer telephones in a friendly and efficient manner.
• Schedule and maintain patient appointments electronically.
• Verify patient demographic and insurance information.
• Inform and collect copayments and insurance deductibles.
• Maintain confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA compliance.
