Sun River Health in Poughkeepsie, NY is seeking a full-time Patient Representative/Front Desk Receptionist to join our Washington St. site. You will welcome patients, register them for services, and help ensure smooth access to care in a diverse community.

Requirements include a high school diploma/GED and 2–4 years of related experience; bilingual English/Spanish is preferred. The role offers hourly pay and a $1,500 sign-on bonus for eligible external applicants.

Qualificações

• Experience in patient-facing roles preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish (spoken and written) preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with daily reception activities and patient services initiation.
• Communicate effectively with team members and patients.
• Handle telephone and mail contact with patients.
• Schedule appointments and explain services and charges.
• Distribute patient materials and verify insurance; set fees per sliding scale.
