Qualifications

• 2–4 years of related front desk/administrative experience.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (oral and written) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily reception activities and initiate patient services.
• Communicate effectively with team members and patients.
• Handle telephone and mail contact with patients.
• Schedule appointments and explain services and charges.
• Distribute materials to patients, including satisfaction surveys and rights documents.
• Verify insurance and set fees based on sliding scale.
