Sun River Health is hiring a Full Time Patient Representative/Front Desk Receptionist for our Monticello, NY site. The role focuses on patient-centered registration and access to services within the Women's Health Department and care team, handling scheduling, inquiries and fee explanations.

The ideal candidate will have a High School diploma/GED, 2–4 years of experience, and bilingual English/Spanish proficiency.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• 2-4 years of related work experience.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred (oral and written).

Responsabilités

• Assist with daily reception activities and patient services.
• Communicates effectively with team members and patients.
• Handle telephone and mail contact with patients.
• Schedule appointments and explain services and charges.
• Distribute materials to patients, including rights and satisfaction cards.
• Verify insurance and set fees based on the sliding scale.
