Qualifications

• 1-2 years of Medical Insurance verification experience required.
• 2-3 years of Customer Service experience in the medical field required.
• BLS certification through the American Heart Association is required within sixty (60) days from start date.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients in-person and over the phone.
• Verify patient insurance and demographic information accurately.
• Manage patient flow and resolve patient questions or issues.
