Responsibilities

• Accurately collect and enter patient demographic, insurance, and contact information into the EHR.
• Verify patient identity and insurance eligibility, ensuring data integrity.
• Obtain and document consents and signatures for treatment and billing.
• Explain financial responsibilities, collect payments when applicable.
• Greet patients and visitors, answer questions, and provide directions.
• Schedule, reschedule, or cancel patient appointments in alignment with provider availability.
