Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare, Coding, or equivalent.
• Associate's degree or 4 years Patient Access/revenue cycle experience in lieu of degree.
• High school diploma or GED or 8 years of related experience in lieu of degree.

Responsibilities

• Scheduling and pre-registration for appointments, tests, and procedures.
• Inform patients about preparation, test locations, and time/date details.
• Explain estimates, charity plans and payment options to patients or representatives.
