You’ll gather information, collect co-pays, and provide cost estimates while coordinating with care teams to support efficient patient flow. No healthcare background? Training is provided.

• Experience with patient access, medical registration, insurance verification, or front desk is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service during patient check-in across multiple systems.
• Answer phones and collect accurate patient information quickly.
• Support timely access to care by minimizing registration delays and answering questions clearly.
• Build trust with patients during stressful moments and anxious situations.
• Navigate insurance plans, enter demographics and collect co-pays or provide cost estimates.
• Collaborate with nurses, physicians and care teams to ensure smooth patient flow.
