Job summary

R1 RCM is seeking a Patient Registration Representative for Intermountain Park City Hospital in Utah. This on-site role supports patient access and hospital operations.

You’ll be the first contact for patients, registering them, collecting demographics and insurance details, and answering questions with empathy in a fast-paced setting.

Schedule: Thursday–Saturday, 7:00 AM–7:30 PM. Training is provided, with growth opportunities within R1 and a focus on delivering excellent patient experiences.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience with patient access or front desk is a plus.
• Ability to pass background check and vaccination requirements.

Responsibilities

• Register patients and collect demographics and insurance details.
• Answer phones and assist patients with the check-in process.
• Provide accurate information and support in a fast-paced setting.
• Collaborate with care teams to ensure smooth patient flow.
