Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Register patients accurately and efficiently during pre-admission, admission, and at registration.
• Verify insurance benefits and explain financial requirements to patients.
• Collect patient portions prior to or at the time of service.
• Obtain signatures and scan documents into the electronic patient record.
• Maintain accuracy in capturing patient information respecting confidentiality.
• Contribute to a positive patient journey through organization and customer service.
