Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Basic Life Support certification (American Heart Association) required.

Responsibilities

• Complete patient registrations accurately and courteous.
• Verify insurance eligibility and explain financial requirements.
• Collect patient portions prior to or at service.
• Obtain signatures and scan documents into the electronic record.
• Maintain accuracy within departmental guidelines.
• Protect patient confidentiality and data integrity.
