Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of patient access experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage patient intake, registration, and documentation.
• Coordinate with multiple departments to resolve issues.
• Provide financial counseling and determine eligibility for assistance.
• Educate patients and reporters on kiosks and workflows.
• Ensure HIPAA and other regulations are followed.
• May perform additional duties as assigned.
