Serenity is seeking a Call Center Representative – Customer Support in Provo, UT. This full-time role includes paid training, long-term coaching, and a clear path to growth within a fast-paced patient access team.

Starting pay is $16.50/hour with potential to rise to $19.50/hour within six months, plus a $1.00/hour bilingual differential. Benefits include health coverage and a 401(k).

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Excellent communication with callers and stakeholders.
• Willingness to learn processes and technology.

Responsabilités

• Handle a high volume of inbound calls from interested patients.
• Build trust through active listening and thoughtful questions.
• Turn inbound interest into scheduled appointments.
• Navigate questions and concerns to resolve barriers.
• Educate callers about Serenity’s services and options.
• Document conversations and patient information in CRM.
• Review performance and pursue coaching to improve engagement.
