Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manages and trains a team of employees in both in-patient and out-patient settings.
• Develops staff and training plans, counsels and mentors team members.
• Ensures registration processes are efficient, accurate and compliant.
• Oversees service delivery from initial contact through discharge with a 24/7 schedule.
• Monitors metrics to ensure data integrity and optimal revenue cycle performance.
