Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet, direct, and assist patients and visitors in a professional, courteous, and efficient manner throughout their visit.
• Schedule and register patients, including accurate data collection.
• Determine eligibility for services and counsel patients regarding payment policies.
• Monitor and collect monies due as applicable.
• Maintain waiting room atmosphere, inform patients about wait times, and ensure a comfortable and clean waiting area.
