• Coordinate with providers and staff to support patient care.
• Keep up-to-date knowledge of services and events relevant to patient needs.
• Register patients and guide them through the registration process in the EMR.
• Verify and update patient demographics and handle payments at the time of service.
• Manage scheduling and patient flow from registration to checkout.
